Frequently asked questions
Is this course for me?
This course is aimed at anyone who wants to create architectural visualizations. No prior knowledge of 3ds Max is required, as we’ll explain the software basics. This intensive course will show you how to become a true artist, and the knowledge gained here will be the foundation of your future work.
Why is it different from other courses on the market?
We can say with total confidence that, unlike other courses on the market, this is the only one designed and led by a studio with 10 years of experience in daily architectural visualization. We are one of the most recognized studios locally and compete in quality with the main international studios. We know, firsthand, what real work is like and how a studio works in practice, far from theoretical concepts or imagined ideals.
Can I share my login credentials with a friend?
Sharing course access is definitely not allowed. This not only constitutes a direct violation of the agreements established between the parties, but also, account access cannot be used simultaneously. That is, two people will not be able to access the content at the same time from the same account. If simultaneous access is registered more than once, the account will be banned from the platform with no possibility of a refund.
Additionally, there is a risk that any user who has access to your account may make purchases within the platform without your authorization, which could cause you financial and administrative inconveniences.
For these and many other reasons, we urge you to protect your login credentials and not share them under any circumstances. Safeguarding your data not only ensures your security, but also respects the course terms and contributes to a fair learning experience for everyone.
What software do you use in the course?
The software we use during the course is:
- 3ds Max Version 2022
- Chaos Corona 10
- Chaos Scatter
- Adobe Photoshop
This is a principles-based course, so software versions don’t matter at all. You’ll be able to follow the training using any version of the mentioned software.
The files are saved in 3ds Max 2022 version. If you have an older version of 3ds Max, you’ll need to save them in a compatible format on your own.
How long does it take to complete the course?
It largely depends on how fast you study and how much time you dedicate each day to learning. But we can assume it will take you between 6 and 12 weeks.
How long do I have access to the course?
You’ll have access to the course for a full year, so don’t worry; it’s more than enough time to complete it. In case you need an extension, you can contact us and one will be granted without any problem.
Can I download the videos and watch them offline?
Unfortunately no, you’ll need a stable internet connection to watch the videos within the course platform.
Are the resources included in the course?
You’ll receive the prepared scenes in their initial and final versions for all practices. All resources and textures will be included or available for free download. You’ll be able to work alongside the videos and check your progress. We recommend following the tutorials step by step and avoiding using the final scenes to get the most out of the training.
After purchase, can I request a refund for the course?
A refund is not possible after purchasing the course.
Do I need a super computer to take the course?
Not at all—it’s not all about super computers. We recommend a basic setup of 16GB of RAM, any modern Intel or AMD chip, and a GTX 16 or any RTX graphics card.
Can I watch some lessons for free?
Yes! =), just click here. You can also take a complete course to see and try out how the platform works—you’ll find it on the main page, or by clicking here.
Will the course be updated in the future with new content and resources?
Definitely yes! MOT is an architectural visualization studio that works daily creating visualizations. Our goal is for all the knowledge gained in this process to be reflected in the Training Camp, keeping it always updated with new resources and the latest developments.
